I fell in love with this place many years ago when I was new to the city. It seemed so glamorous with it's cool hair folks and excellent view. Back then, I could only afford to be a hair model. The cut and color I received on that first visit kept me going back for years. Now I pay, oh yes, I pay, however, it is worth it. They may still do the hair model thing, definitely call and find out if cost is a factor. It really is worth it. Of course, I am an ultra bleach blond, so I am a slave to my hair. Cowboys and Angels is so fun, it takes the edge off the fact that I have to spend so much to maintain my "natural beauty".

For $20 + tip, I got one of the best haircuts I've ever had. It can take upwards of 2 hours if you're a hair model but if you have the time, it's well worth it. The apprentice program there is 2 years so they're pretty well trained.
