Friendly and helpful staff 7/6/2011

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel near to Union Square shopping area. Accessibility to public transport plus bus stop is just a few doors away. Food outlets are also just a few doors away, especially the 24-hour restaurant which is convenient for travellers who arrive/return late to hotel. There is a launderette just a block away. Average 15-20mins walking distance to Chinatown. As our room was on 6th Floor and with window closed, no/not much noise pollution from the street thus could sleep late in the morning. Hot shower and water pressure in the bathroom were great. more

Convenience to everything at Union Square and close to the cable car at Powell Street. There were good retaurants and a good variety of shopping close by. Hotel staff were very helpful with local knowledge, good recommendations and other useful information. more
