Joel has been keeping my hair in great shape with color and cuts for the past several years. He has great ideas about what works and more importantly what doesn't work on me. He is not only kind and personable, he is also a literate, funny, well read guy -- we usually chat about New Yorker articles and he tells me about the current music scene about which I know nothing. I always feel and look better when I leave -- it's great therapy. more

Rosalee is the bomb 10/19/2013

Rosalee was so attentive with my haircut. She took her time, asked me lots of questions along the way, and analyzed my style and face structure to give me the perfect, individualized cut. Definitely will go back many times. more

Wedding hair by Rosalee! 10/14/2013

Rosalee rocked it. I contacted Rosalee last minute about an updo for a wedding at 8am. She went above and beyond to make time for me and make me look great. She did a beautiful messy side bun that stayed in place from 8am until my head finally hit the pillow at midnight. Couldn't be more impressed and grateful. Thanks!! more

Cirrus is Amazing! 10/9/2013

Cirrus is amazing. She listens and then she listens some more to make sure she knows what you are trying to achieve with your hair. The cut is amazing and exactly what I wanted! more

Great Salon! 9/28/2013

Six years ago I lived in SF and I used to go see Cirrus when she worked at On Mars. I thought she was awesome then, but I moved to the East Bay. I never forgot how great Cirrus was, and I finally googled her, saw she had opened her own salon, and I just went to see her for a haircut this week, after all these years, and I'm so glad I did! She really has a talent for cutting hair, and on top of that she is a super warm and friendly person. I highly recommend her and her salon! more

Jen has been my stylist for more than three years now. She is fantastic at listening to what I want and translating that into an excellent cut and color. I am forever changing my styl, and Jen always gives excellent advice. more

Great Cut and Color 9/16/2013

I literally found the Salon looking for a place that had online booking. It was a huge plus that appointments were available on Sunday. First time visit, and Rosalee did a fantastic job on my color and cut. Terrific service and great result! more

Finally someone who listens 9/15/2013

I haven't had a haircut in about two years. Mostly because most stylists don't really listen to what you want or don't want. It was my first time here and I asked for Rosalee. We talked quite a bit what to do; and she asked before if that was good with me. I was very happy with the great cut she gave me and engaging conversation. My new hair love. Highly recommend this place. more

Fantastic haircut 9/10/2013

My haircut with Cirrus was hands down the best haircut I've ever gotten. I'd had basically the same haircut for the past six years, and my cut with Cirrus drastically improved upon that. I was surprised to see that my hair could even look as good as it does now. Couldn't be happier! more

I have been getting my hair cut and colored from Joel for the past 6 years. He is an amazing hair stylist and has totally transformed my hair from thin and damaged to healthy and beautiful. He provides high quality, detail oriented services and I always appreciate the extra time he takes to make my hair look great! more

Jen gave me a great haircut. she listened to what I wanted and throughout the cut asked to make sure what she was doing was what I wanted. At the same time she offered suggestions throughout the cut which were all on point. if you are a guy who has longer hair and doesnt go high and tight at a barber Jen is for you more

Jen gave me the best haircut I have had in a VERY long time. I am in my late 60's and looking good gets harder all the time, but Jen took her time. I loved my haircut and styling and she even spent time telling me exactly how to style it myself later. I am SO grateful!!! more

LOVE Cirrus. Perfect blonde every time. 8/30/2013

Cirrus has highlighted my hair multiple times now and I love it every single time. She has perfected blonde highlights (even got me from brown to blonde in ONE session). I recently cut my hair short and Cirrus did an amazing job. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back. more
