When I first entered Nail Today, I was asked to have a seat until my appointment was ready. I had to wait an extra, let's say 15 minutes, but because I was in no rush, I waited. When it was finally time for my appoinment to be fulfilled, I was sat in a pedicure chair thathad a message back and a spa area for my feet. I got my manicure and pedicure done at the same time which I found was great. They had more than one bottle of polish for each color. I was very relaxed by the message, and in no time, I was finished. They let me wait unril my toes were dried, whcih was excellent because I got to sit in the chair with the back massage. The prices were pretty affordable, and even though the customer service was not extremely friendly, the massgae chair will make up for it.

I have been going here since they have been around. I usually go to this nail salon when I am in the area and if I want a design on my pedicure. This place is family owned and I like going here because it is close to all my shopping and the girl that does my pedicure she does a great job on designs for the nails. Their prices are a lot cheaper than most nail places and most of the time you do not need an appointment. This place does not rush you and they take the time to do everything right and also they are nice people to talk to. A+++

On the day before my sister-in-law's wedding, she marched her bridemaids plus me (laden with three-month-old infant) down the street to Powell Street Nails for manicures and pedicures. I was a little surprised to find that the "salon" was actually a rather decrepit storefront with two large pedicure chairs and a few tables for manicures. Hiding in the back of the shop to nurse my daughter was rather horrid; while there was a curtain for privacy, I was essentially invited to sit in the junk corner. Big points off for ambience.
The staff, however, was wonderful. They handled manicures and pedicures for five women in record time, and had lovely massaging pedicure chairs with deep foot baths built into the chair's base. The nail techs were gentle with the instruments, and the end results (not to mention the prices) were great.
If you don't have to have THE most lush atmosphere, then give Nail Today a shot - at least you'll be happy with the end result.

Although this place makes you wait a bit long for their service, I think it is worth the wait. The nail specialists there are extremely nice and polite. They are very attentive to you needs and they make good suggestions in choosing nail colors. The price of my manicure was moderately priced as well.

If you are going to get nails done espeically acrylic it is a great place to go if you are always getting hurt by the painful electric files at the other nail salons. They do all the filing by hand with a regular file. Sometimes they will even do you silmultaniously so you are out of there fast. Its a bit more pricy but well worth it.
But the bargin lies in the eye brow wax. Come it fuzzy and six bucks later you come out with well groomed brows. You may want to call and make ane appointment as they are usually busy.
