I have to always be on guard at this place. I have been duped before into getting service "upgrade$" - one time I was asked if I wanted nice-smelling lotion instead of the regular nice-smelling lotion. I said "no" at first but was heavily pressured into taking the 'nicer smelling' stuff. Didn't care either way, until I paid my bill and it was $20 more than what I was expecting. It's not sound business to trick your customers into upgrading their service. The time to do that is when a person is checking in for their appointment - it is then the cashier has a chance to explain additional services that are available. I used to go to this place a while back but stopped going because of these tactics. I went

My friend and I went to the Z Beauty Lounge for a Medicure. Wow it was fantastic. I didn't feel like a girl in there at all. All of them were very nice people that gave me some great tips on how to maintain great nails. They also had good pricey, not too pricey.
