these guys do very good work, but sometimes their attention to detail just isn't that great.
Once, they let me leave with a couple of missing pieces in my front air dam
Another time, they didn't fully connect the turn signal lights
however, overall, they do very high quality work--a good proxy are the number of high-end branded cars I see whenever I'm there (BMWs, Porsches, Mercedes, etc.)

Matts Auto Body is the kind of car repair place you would trust to fix your car, but only if every other place is already closed. They will fix it correctly, but there are several small and annoying things they forget to do. One time they forgot to put my oil cap back on, while I was driving away the check engine light came on and I had to go back to have they put a new cap on. They even tried to charge me for it. But I had to remind them it was them who had forgotten to put it back on. like I said. good in a pinch
