We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and so many other couples were also celebrating anniversaries. One couple 60 some years.The crew made each of us feel special.The band especially made it a point to really get to know each couple even our names. They played so many songs including "our" song.The lighting was perfect, and there was a beautiful view of the St. John river all around you.Where ever we went either outside on the deck or at our beautiful table with tiffany lamps (make sure to ask for a window seat) and mirrors all around it , there was privacy but the energy of others all around us created a romantic feeling.Our dinner was amazing,a crew member suggested the coconut crusted tilapia Delicious! I just wanted to make sure i wrote a review because they made our anniversary special, it was felt by us that they love what they are doing and make it as nice and memorable for each passenger as they possibly can.
Pros: Everything was timed perfectly .It was relaxing,fun&romantic

I love this hotel! It is somewhat on the new side so everything is neat and clean. The rooms are suites, oversized with little office areas and microwave and coffee pots. They have a great pool, exercise room and for breakfast they have fresh belgium waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee juice, pastries and much more! If you are coming here with kids, you will save a bundle on the breakfast alone! I think it is a great place to stay!

The Sanford museum offers a fun place for children to learn about the different animals in Florida and have a hands on experience. It is a self guided trip around the museum which is inside and then you can go on a short walk and even enjoy a picnic lunch if you desire. I do find them a little expensive for the length of the visit but something worth while doing at least once.

If you can choose what airport to fly in or out of when you are choosing from the Sanford or Orlando airport, I would say this would come up a winner easily! It is so small, you dont spend hours walking to your gate! It is very clean, and everyone working there from the agents that check you in, to the security and the bartender at the pub, all have great customer service. You can really zip in and out of this one in no time. Traffic in the area is great too!
