Owned by two brothers! They serve pizza, pasta, subs, soups, calzones and mexican. We love their Tostada Bowl! There is plenty of seating in the restaurant and they have a wide screen tv for your enjoyment. Also serve beer & wine. Supports their community too.

This is a pretty good new restaurant within the new development of Heritage Shopping Center. It is across from the Heritage theaters, which makes it very convenient for dinner and a movie. It is very busy, and often has quite a wait during the summer and on Saturdays. They have just begun taking reservations which really helps with this. The food is good. The restaurant is a little small, which makes it a bit loud. Service varies, but overall it is a pretty good place to grab a casual meal.

I have too many books. But I keep buying them because they bring such joy. While I buy at Amazon and the big faceless book sellers around, small shops run by readers are my favorite places. Titcomb's is such a place. They sell new and used books in an airy shop with ample parking. I make a point to stop every time we visit because you can find books on the Cape, maritime lore and local interest for visitors. The selection is always changing too so frequent visits make sense.
On the Cape? Stop here and stock up for a great summer read.

The Weather Store sells - you guessed it - weather instruments. This is a really cool store to look around. They sell weather stations, barometers, thermometers, weathervanes, cupolas and marine antiques. If you need a weather instrument, you will find it here. The only drawback is that the store is kind of expensive.

The Sandwich Antiques Center is a multi-dealer shop. The quality and selection of the antiques is great. It is a wonderful place if you love antiques. It has even been voted "Best Antique Store" 10 years in a row. This store appraises antiques, and will purchase estates. I have found many great pieces for my home at this store.

My two goldendoodle pups (1 yr. & 10 mos.) are groomed every other week, and have been since they were 3 months old. This summer, while we were in Sandwich, we had the most AWFUL experience with this groomer. Not only did the groomer injure my dogs, but also she didn't fulfill the services I requested, or finish the job in a timely manner. I had an appointment for 10:30AM and received one dog at 5:30pm, and the one most mismanaged after 7PM. My Goldendoodles are a long-haired breed (my male is wavy and my female has tight curls). My specific instructions were for the groomer to give the dogs a long-haired trim, shorten their beards, clean their ears & clip their nails and NOT touch their legs. I was appalled when I returned to pick up my dogs! The groomer shaved my female to the skin over her ENTIRE body INCLUDING her legs, and left her very ragged - "horrible" doesn't describe it. Both dogs were shaved completely to the skin around their genitals. Truly bizzar. My male, while not bodily shaved, had blood wounds on his chest; one about the size of a 50cent piece and heart shaped - like he had been branded. I have pictures of both pups, pre and post this experience. When I asked why my female was shaved, I was told that she had lots of mats. The groomer did mention to me that my curly female had mats, and I agreed that the mats (implied "few") should be cut out, but never in my wildest dreams thought that translated into shaving her to her skin. Neither had their ears cleaned or their nails clipped; standard grooming procedure. What she did to my dogs was cruel. My female was so destressed from the shaving that she hid under a bookcase for a day, taking food only by hand. I would NOT recommend this groomer to anyone.

The Deli has the best sandwiches around. Their turkey is out of this world. I go in and buy lunch meat here instead of the grocery store. This store is actually a really small convenience store with a small deli counter that makes sandwiches. There are usually teenagers working along side the owner. They are all friendly. The sandwiches are inexpensive. It does get really crowded at lunchtime since the store is so small.
