I have been with this insurance agency for many years. But until recently I really didn't have any direct contact with them. I would get my bill in the mail 2 times a year and I would pay it. I hadn't any reason to contact them until recently when I was in a traffic accident. I called them right away and they handled everything so quickly and without any problems at all. It was such a relief to not have to worry about the insurance when something like this happens. I am so glad that I have stayed with this company for so long and will continue using them forever.
