Abari Orthodontics and Oral Surgery - San Dimas

I dont know what the review below is talking about. Im sp glad they offer that plan. The wierd thing is you actually have to sign an authorization form signing up for tha package and rewrite your credit card info. Even when I asked if they could just continue billing me they told me, very politely and professionally, that unfortunatley they could notbecause it was a whole different contract (in a sense), technically speaking a whole new payment arrangement. I think maybe there was a miscommunivcation error with the person below, because not once have I even been to a more UPFRONT and honest office. No hidden charges, never saw any upset patients there and the girls in the front are so extremely caring and made me feel like I was a family member. One girl impaticular, the younger one, even remembered my kids names and would always ask me how they were doing or ask me about a conversation we had had in past visits. They made me feel like I was more than a patient that comes every 2-3 months. Never had a bad thing to say about anyone there. more

BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL CONDUCT - After declining the "Platinum Retainer Package" at the debanding, approximately one month later my checking account was unexpectedly and without authorization debited $108.33. This apparently was the first of six installments for the Platinum Retainer Package which I did not authorize. This caused my account to be overdrawn and incur fees. I immediately called the office and informed the receptionist of the unauthorized transaction. I was informed I could get the amount credited to a credit card, but could not receive an immediate check because there was a "process" to writing checks. WHAT UPSETS ME MOST IS THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS TRANSACTION. KILEEN TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. HAD SHE CALLED PRIOR TO DOING THIS I WOULD HAVE DECLINED AND MY ACCOUNT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN OVERDRAWN. WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL ORTHODONTIST OFFICE DOES THIS? AFTER OVERPAYING $750.00 FOR THE FIRST RETAINER, I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN OVERPAYING FOR THE PLATINUM PACKAGE. I hope this message makes it to the reviews because I am sure this has happened to other people. more

All i can do is smile.. More than i ever did! Im so excited to Brush and Floss just to keep my smile looking immaculate. I loed the experience and the best service. ANGIE RUDY AND JAY JAY were amazing. Dr abari said to me.. And i quote, "YOU HAVE A MILLION DOLLAR SMILE" and its sooo true. I loved the ABari Bucks, an insentive for brushing good and coming to your appointments. They gave me a I LOVE MY SMILE SHIRT!! that was the best. I love this office.!! You guys ROCK! more

Never left unhappy....I am VERY happy with the end results that there office gave me. For many years I did not like to smile nor did I feel confident about my teeth. Now that has changed for the positive. I couldnt thank everyone on Dr abaris team for making it an enjoyable experience. From day 1 of the intiial consultation to the day my braces were removed. Every member of the team made it a positive experience. Always friendly and very helpful during my transition. Its going to be sad not visiting there every 3 months like I was used to. THEY GAVE ME BACK MY SMILE, CONFIDENCE AND HAPPINESS! more

EVeryone here is so professional. The office is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and modern, it makes you feel like you are at home. My teeth look amazing now! Dr. Abari and Dr. Will gave me such confidence in my smile. Everyone here in incredibly nice. more

Wow?? Abari orthodontics & Oral Sugery Team, Thank you so much for not only fixing my lower teeth that shifted due to me NOT wearing my retainers, but also to taking out my wisdom teeth. It was so nice to have everything done in the same office, and with the same people who knew me and knew my finances etc. Also, having you do the surgery on a Saturday so I did not have to take any time off of work was extremely a benefit for me. I had a tooth that would have knockedout all of my top front teeth if i neger would have come to Dr. Abari. The staff here are awesome, seet, and never let me down. Dr. Abaris' is the only place I would ever recommend anyone to come to get their teeth as perfect as mine! I love my teeth and smile. I had my families braces done, including myself at Abari Ortho. It was amazing and we are so pleased with our smiles. My daughters had permanent teeth pulled as teenagers at another ortho in Glendora and their smiles were not good, they showed alot of gum on the top and dark spaces on the sides. Dr. Abari fixed this and made BEAUTIFUL smiles for them. I only wish I had known about Dr. Abari before we ever went anywhere else. The rest of us only saw Dr. Abari, therefore we only had to have treatment once....my girls will never let me live this down! Thank you to the staff, insurance, receptions and technicians...all was superb! more

Dr Abari and his office did a wonderful job making me and my son feel comfortable in their office. The treatment time was excellant and the results are perfect. We were referred to Dr. Abari by our general dentist Dr. Jeff Murphy and we thank him so much for this recommendation. My son just won the highest award as a senior cadet in the airforce and his smile was perfect for his picture. Thank you to all who made this such a great experience for us. more

I got my braces off today and am so excited about my new smile, actually my new face. I say this because I can not believe how great I look. I can't quit smiling, I want everyone to see my smile. Everyone there was so nice and made each visit fun to look forward to. I earned Abari Bucks and got to get fun things with them. My Mom and Dad are so glad our dentist told us to go there. Im glad my dentist referred me to this office. I read the reviews below and I completely disagree. My daughter had a very difficult case and at Abari Orthodontics they thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done to make my daughters smile look perfect. I wish i could post the before and after photos as proof of the "Miracle Smile" Dr Abari and Dr Will REALLY did create. I had taken my son YEARS ago to another orthodontist in the area and when I compare the end results it blows me away how much better her teeth look. Abari Orthodontics did an amazing job and they always treated us as family rather than just patients! more
