I have Lily's clean my windows. Worker was 3 hours late, then bent a new window screen frame, and tore several other older screens during cleaning. Took 3 weeks and a lot of unanswered calls to get the screen back during scorching hot weather. Do not recommend.

My husband hired this company to clean our windows after we remodeled our home about three years ago. We liked them so much that we have hired them to come back once a month every month since September of 2003! They always do a good job & all the guys that do the work there are really nice. The girls that work in the office are really nice too.

I hired Lily's to clean my windows and replace 6 window screens. Their window cleaning service was very unprofessional (at best). They neglected to clean the window corners and, when I mentioned this, I was told that "they had already done more than they usually did". In addition, they incorrectly measured 3 out of the 6 window screens so when they brought back the replacements, 3 of them didn't fit and had to be redone. When the screens were finally completed, they all fit very loosely and I had to "rig" up some way of making them fit more snugly. I definitely would steer clear of this company.
