Talk about a great deal, or many a great deal. Whether you are a hard core runner or a casual jogger who gets in a run when they can you know how important shoes are. Located on Copley Drive in San Diego, Ca, this is the original Road Runner Sports store, or warehouse. I first discovered it via a catalog my brother gave me in high school, since then I've visited the warehouse and its new clearance store several times a year to stock up on shoes. It's got everything you thought you ever needed for running: socks, heart rate monitors, laces, various clothing (race or training), insoles, and even new treadmills where employees watch to see if you pronate or over pronate to best recommend the shoes you need. As a runner myself it is great to have the clearance store there now because shoes are usually 30-50% off and being a college student that's a great deal. You can get even more discounts if you join the RR Sports Club and get heads up on upcoming sales before the public finds out. So if you are in need of running shoes and have no idea what's best for you and you're in the area, stop by Road Runner Sports, and enjoy your time there!

After running around town searching for the perfect pair of wrist guards, I ended my search with the exact item I needed. Road Runner sports has been around for a while, and they have a great selection of sporting goods. While shopping for wrist guards to protect me while snowboarding, I also found a cool pair of tennis shoes, a punching bag and a weight bench, all at reasonable prices. The coyote can't catch up with this road runner. Definitely check it out if you are in the market for sporting goods at a great discount.

Think of a Costco or Sam's Club, then imagine that the only thing they sell is running equipment... the picture you've conjured up is pretty close to Road Runner Sports. Seriously, this place is huge, and you can pretty much find anything that has anything to do with running. They carry every major manufacturer of running shoes and accessories; if they don't carry it, then you probably don't even want it. You can usually find some really hot deals on older items that are being discontinued. But the best thing about this place is the gigantic selection of the newest running shoe styles to be found anywhere.
