I went in to get my 2007 Silverado front end aligned because on the website was a coupon. They told me and showed me that a tie rod needed to be replaced. They didn't charge me anything and let me take it to the dealer to get it covered under warranty. All the employees were extremely professional and courteous!

I went in to get my 2007 Silverado front end aligned because on the website was a coupon. They told me and showed me that a tie rod needed to be replaced. They didn't charge me anything and let me take it to the dealer to get it covered under warranty. All the employees were extremely professional and courteous!

I've had my engine oil changed here a couple times and I've always found them to be quite friendly and very professional. Because it's a Firestone, if your car has Firestone tires, they will rotate your tires for free! Sometimes you can find coupons for them and it becomes pretty cheap - $10-$12 for the oil change. One time I didn't have a coupon but mentioned that the previous guy told me I could have it for the price with the coupon and they were willing to do my oil change for the coupon price.
