I like wine and this place has a lot of it in addition to great food. I like their selection for lunch and dinner. If you drink a lot of wine, it can get spendy, but for the most part it is pretty reasonable. They definitely attract and older dinner crowd like most places in Rancho Bernardo.

I found this place by chance when I picked up pizza from the Round Table next door, and decided to try this place out. We went on a Monday night, and it was busy but we were seated right away. The ambiance is nice, though the tables can be crowded together. Our server was very nice and would check in on us; our water was kept full, and the server's recommendation for a Merlot was spot-on. We had one of their panini's and I had the halibut, and I thought the food was excellent. I didn't think it was too pricey for the quality. I will definitely come back and try their cheese and meat plate, along with some dessert. They have a good selection of wine, and I can't wait to try more!

Awesome place! I couldn't believe the prices! They were so cheap for the quality of the food. I can't remember the last time I was at a place that had such a big wine list either. I counted 58 wines by the glass. They have a big flat screen TV at the bar too, so some friends and I are going to watch the Chargers game on Sunday. Relaxing, good food (and inexpensive), good wine, great time. Pros: Wine Cons: Tight Dining Room

This place is great! The menu is delicious and the prices are great for the amount of food you get! The lamb chops and the apple pecan and blue cheese salad are delicious!! The servers are great and knowlegable about their wines. The wine list changes every 3 months and owner/sommelier Grant Tondro has awesome wines on the list! Over 40 by the glass, over 150 by the bottle and wine flights. The restaurant is small but very cute and the couches and the lounge are so relaxing! Don't miss this place! The owners are young and hip and almost always make appearances at every table! Pros: Food, service and wine are awesome!! Cons: The place fills up quick and no reservations are excepted but you can call in for wait list
