They have a couple of locations that I know of across San Diego County. All tend to be the same. But that is OK, because they are pretty good. They have a dim lit dining area and good food to go along with the mood. If you're looking for a Mexican restaurant, with just a little but more class, then this is the place for you.

Tio Leo's is a Mexican dinning style restraint with a full bar attached, if you prefer you can be seated on the patio. Not much to see from the patio except passing traffic of Mission Gorge Rd. There is not a single thing on the menu that will disappoint you. Immediately after being seated you are served chips and salsa, a round of waters and hot carrots (some time’s you need to request them). Dining in the bar often gives you an opportunity to take advantage drink deal that run daily. One disadvantage is the parking. After hours you can park at the adjoining bank otherwise you may find you self doing 5 point turns to get out of the little space provided for the restaurant. Prices food are very reasonable, however, you can tell they make up that money on the bar.
