We found a long black hair in our food. I returned the food for a full refund. I was surprised this happened because Pickup Stix chain does have good food. However the service at the Mira mesa store was very unprofessional. I didn't get an apology and sorta got the cold shoulder. I was very nice and wasn't rude at all. I will not be returning to this pickup stix for the above reason.

You would expect a marginal chinese meal from a chain, but this place is pretty good. Not as good as a couple places (ie PF Changs) but still, this place is pretty good. It is very clean and has friendly service. I have been to several locations, and have not been disappointed.
recommend the house chicken and the orange chicken, and the egg rolls (veggie)

The moment I entered the store, the cleanliness struck me. It was spotless, only with an occasional rice noodle laying with the floor. The cashier greeted me nicely, the wiater brought out the correct orders, not only did he check with me if everything waso k, but he even got me fortune cookies. The food, though a little expensive, was worth every penny, it was mm mm good.
