My husband and I recently tried Chilango's based on some rave reviews by a few acquaintances. Chilango's is a small restaurant with a nice, warm feel and very friendly staff. The appetizer we ordered (MANGO GUACAMOLE) was okay, but not spectacular. My main entrée (PESCADO EMPAPELADO) was fine, but probably something I would not order again. My husband's entrée (ENCHILADAS DE PINA Y QUESO) was fantastic. Then there was the grand finale - dessert. We initially wanted the dulce de leche cheesecake but they were out, so we chose the flourless chocolate cake instead. It was out of this world! I am not a big chocolate cake fan normally, but this cake I could eat every day and not get tired of it! It was a bite of heaven. We will be returning to Chilango's many more times to sample the incredible variety of dishes - and most definitely to have more dessert!
