Pat and Oscars is a restaurant you have to go to once every week. I can't live without it. It has the best salad variety and prices for a large family and is always fresh. I have never had one bad experience there. My kids and family always enjoy it and we can afford it with the great prices. My favorite restaurant (every week).

This little restaurant that opened up its first location right here in San Diego, in Carmel Mountain Ranch, has grown to a huge success. The restaurant used to be known as Oscars, but has since then changed its name to include the founder’s wife's name. The food is great. Hands down the best breadsticks on planet. But that’s what people always say about Pat and Oscars. The salads are also great, as they have a wide variety of to choose from. The price is slightly high if you’re only ordering for one, however, the larger the group the better the price becomes. Also, look out for coupons in the mail; they can usually save you quite a bit.
