My husband lost his job and we were short money. I took some jewelry back to where I had purchased it hoping they would buy it. They wouldn't help me. I found Richard West Jewelers on line and went to them. They were quite nice and gave me an offering for my jewelry. I was quite please and received cash on the spot. If you need to sell gold and I suppose others things I would recommend Richard West Jewelers.

What can I say. I'm jumping for joy with the ring that Richard West Jewelers made for me. My sweetie brought me by the jewelery store just so I could get a general idea of what type of rings were out there. After just a few minutes Richard started to draw up some things and wow! he drew the ring design right away. Anyway after a few weeks I put that baby on my finger. Couldn't be happier. I have a ring that my girlfriends would die for and my sweetie is a pleased as can be. Richard will make our wedding bands for sure! I give him a 5 star rating +1 Pros: great designer, easy to talk to, personable, easy to get to, easy parking, great price.

Richard West Jewelers is quite a good place to have your engagement ring made. We looked all over to find the right ring with a beautiful diamond. We even looked on the internet at some diamond suppliers. Richard was able to make me a ring which I designed with a diamond at the same price as I saw on line. I didn't have to worry about getting something that i didn't like, cause I saw it right in front of me. My design was very personal to me with diamonds running down the side and little diamonds all around the ring. I wish I could show it to you. I'm quite proud of it. Anyway, the ring turned out beautiful. The workmanship was incredible, and the fit perfect. My diamond is absolutely gorgeous. Hey, by the way, Richard is a very nice person and he took extra special care to make just the ring I wanted. This store is a friendly, no pressure place and I'm going back to have our wedding rings made. Pros: best pice with service you can't get on the internet, friendly and informative, no pressure, worry free, easy parking, helps you stay within your budget. Cons: none I can think of

They make the rings and pendants in the store and Richard is an expert designer and craftsman. If you are looking for quality jewelry and good prices I recommend giving them a try. My grandfathers pocket watch was in bad shape. I took it to a series of jewelers and they all told me it was beyond repair. I found Richard West Jewelers from a friend who said he is very good at repairing watches. He examined my watch, said he could fix it but it would take some time. Three weeks later my grandfathers pocket watch was fixed, polished with a new glass and running perfectly. I have to say it is quite a relief to find someone who is willing to go the extra mile. Nice fella I recommend him, his work is great!

I had a broken ring and had been around the block with a lot of the jewelers especially in RB. I was fed up with all the bull. I went to Richard West because of the recommendations I found on line. I have to say they were right on target. He was personable, helpful and most of all he did great work on my ring. He might be a little more expensive that some of those other guys but he does the work right there and it's good. He's an A+++in my books.

I was looking for a diamond ring and I felt like I was being pressured to buy especially with Robins and Shane. I found Richard West Jewelers in the review section and gave them a try. They made me a ring from scratch, right there in the store, Richard having been a designer and craftsman for many years, and it turned out great. The price was very competitive, the service friendly and relaxed, and the workmanship outstanding. I've been back for repairs and I have to say they are excellent. Parking was easy as well. I highly recommend them.

I'm particular about who works on my jewelry especially the diamonds. This jeweler is the greatest. His work is excellent and above all he is trustworthy. I've been to other jewelers and either they made my jewelry look terrible when they repaired it, or worse they damaged stones and even changed them. I've been happy with Richard West Jewelers work and when you think about it, reasonable price for good honest repairs versus cheap repairs wins every time. Give him a try, I've been very pleased Pros: Honest fair prices for well above average work, friendly, no pressure, excellent designer Cons: none I can think of
