I am just amazed at what super value The Monsoon Restaurant Group offers.
I should not say this but for offering such high class restaurants in excellent locations, I would be willing to pay alot more but I do love the value for money I get.
The service needs polishing up but apart from that, I give ten out of ten.

I looooove Bandar's chicken kabab and green salad. My husband can't get enough of the lamb shank mixed with the hummus avocado...we could eat it everyday!
The staff service is also always very friendly and dressed nicely.

great food, fine service, excellent place to hang out, we had a dinner with chicken saag, lamb makhni and mango lassi all are awesome and the music cd they gave is very pleasing and the service was quite good and the decor was extraordinary. A little bit minus is with parking it is in horton plaza beside the restaurant its not a problem the experience will overcome every thing over here.
Pros: best indian food in san diego
Cons: parking is a bit away

i read some reviews here that people wrote. I felt inspired to share my own. The portions are what they should be. If you want a place to overeat at, go to another spot. But this place makes perfect portions for 1 or 2 people to share. I think in America we tend to think that more is better. But health conscious people will say less is more beneficial. for under $10 you can eat a lot in a buffet or just eat enough to satisfy. check out there yoga classes!! they teach belly dance too!!
Pros: healthy portions, best homemade chai ever!!
Cons: not enough of them here !!

It was a Client Appreciation Dinner. Our accountant invited us to dine here. It was a memorable afternoon. At Ashoka, the staff is friendly, the food is Superb, (I enjoyed the rice, samosa, the paneer) and relax! No hurry?we enjoyed the afternoon! We went to India last summer, and Ashoka brought back wonderful memories of the food, the country, and the people. Ashoka is a GREAT place to bring your business associates, family, friends! We?ll find time to come again and next time, bring more friends! Many Thanks to the owner of this restaurant!
