There are bugs in the building and the bedbugs are rampant. The building needs cleaning and the laundry room, too. Inexpensive but unclean. Rating 3 more

Decent Place if on Fixed Income 10/19/2011

Trolley Court is a decent place if you are on a fixed income. Your rent covers everything and the staff is available 24 Hrs to help. The units are small but if you want save money, live downtown, be close to the Trolley and Bus Stops this place will do. P.S. The have a new manager who is great to the tenants. more

if you go to trolley court you will meet lydia ''the horrible'' known for pushing tenants, fabricating new charges to your account, and keeping deposits. She is known for yelling at her staff and the tenants alike and the company who owns this hotel is willing to do absolutely nothing about it...there are drunks crackheads, bed bugs prostitutes and paranoid schizophrenics mumbling to themselves at all hours of the night but the worst thing of all these is''lydia the horrible whom is having sex with one of the schizophrenic tenants studdering andy in 128.....beware more

Keep Looking 2/5/2010

This place is desperate for new tenants. They're offering $441 off the first month, $75 for referrals but NOTHING to keep the tenants they already have. Your microwave cooks unevenly, burning part of your food while leaving the rest frozen? Too bad. suck it up! It's hard enough to wash a dish in this tiny little sink, now they turned the water pressure down to just more than a drip. One temperature shower has been both the hottest shower I have ever had and the coldest. Keep looking, there has to be something better. The manager, Lydia, is mean spirited, gives people a hard time to make sure they know she's in charge. True. All true. Take advantage of the special for a month, see for yourself. Save some money, then move on. more

Residential Hotels 2/6/2007

Residential Hotels cater to single working people predominately in the service trade. And low income people predominately senior citizens. Another name for these hotels are Single Residency Occupancy (SRO.) They rent rooms by the month. The average rent is between $500.00 - $600.00. The average room is small. A majority of residential hotels are located in the seedier parts of the cities. Alcohol, drugs, mental conditions and prostitution runs rampant among the tenants. In one form or another. Not to mention bed bugs and cockroaches, The staff is predominately unskilled and paid minimum wage. Many senior citizens have been found dead in their rooms, due to in most cases they are not checked on, until their rent is due. Or someone complains of the stink coming from a room. In many cases these hotels are a death trap for senior citizens. I know, I live there! more
