Stayed for 8 nights July 2009 would have moved to another hotel if I could have. Unique ? yes just watch the movie 1408 to get a flavor for the decore. View of a street is what we had. Oh yea and all the homeless people in the area. Parking is a problem $28 a night For hotel guests Id recommend staying at Coronado Isl resorts for a few dollars more 240 a night instead of 210 for what looked like a much better hotel. No bums and a public beach front access from the hotel. Oh yea almost forgot to say the maid kept entering the room even though we had do not disturb sign on door and there was a spider in the drawer and a bettle in the bed.
