I love Korean food, so I was ecstatic when a friend introduced me to this little market in the Asian district of San Diego. The prepared foods are fresh, authentic, and delicious. You can find any Korean food ingredient one could ever need in this little store. I especially like buying soybean sprouts here, as they are usually much more fresh than those at 99 Ranch. The dried seaweed is delicious, and the imported snacks are also quite fun.

The Beach City Market is located in Horton Plaza, making it very convenient from any downtown location. They have a huge selection of gourmet meats and cheeses to select from. You can take home foods from their deli, or you can purchase sandwiches, soups and even sushi to eat on the go. They also have coffees and smoothies available.

I love the selection, reading the labels, turning the corner and finding yet another amazing display. This is NOT Vons. They have a lot of organic products and produce. The prices for produce is sometimes cheaper than Henry's. The store is beautiful and they have the best baked goods. It is a little pricey but you're paying for quality food and produce so it's worth it! The staff is super nice and helpful! This store is clean and spacious and carries a very wide range of food (canned beans to imported cheeses). It's a great location in Hillcrest. Try it, you'll like it. .... and remember to park on the roof!

Whenever you feel like a meal but aren't sure where to go, just head over to Taco Bell and I'm positive you won't be dissapointed. My favorite location in the area is the Mission Valley Taco Bell next to In-N-Out. My least favorite location is the Normal Heights Taco Bell on El Cajon Blvd next to CoCo's. (Can you say ghetttttooooo?) My first job was at a Taco Bell when I was 16, so I know there are no "weird" things they put in their food and there are no disgusting ways they prepare their food. The beans are real refried beans and the ground beef is good quality beef. They do a very good job as a restaurant to keep things clean, organized and friendly. I seriously love everything on the menu, but my favorites are the Taco Supreme, Nachos Supreme, Steak Quesadilla, Meximelt and Baja Chalupa. Taco Bell has been around since the 60's and will continue to grow, I'm sure. Even though I don't work there anymore, I definatley eat there and am always impressed with their service and quality of food. Taco Bells always love when you fill out comment cards, too. The employees are usually proud of the work they do.

Hi there! Just letting you know what a great deli this is. work nearby this deli and order there alot! they have great sandwiches andhave such a variety! They even have SUSHI! I usually get the california roll and a philly cheesesteak. Their hot sandwiches are my favorite! p.s. they deliver for free! The prices per person meal is about $4-6

We enjoy shopping at Trader Joes for fun and unique food items that are also high quality. I am a huge fan of their wine selction and dairy items. The produce can be hit or miss. I don't like the fact that you have to buy it prepackaged. I usually end up with a bruised or bad veggie every other time. Florals and plants are always a good value. Lines can be long at times, but the efficient staff makes it go quickly.

Keil's employees really are the friendliest in town. The store is clean and well kept, and they have a truly excellent produce department. They also carry a larger than average line of health items/supplements, similar to Henrys (but not as extensive).
I find their prices to be comparable to Ralphs or Vons in general, but at times their weekly sales are not quite as good. Their deli is excellent.
