Hi, we wanted to thank you for creating such gorgeous arrangements for my friend's memorial services last Saturday. I don't think any of us thought that orange flowers could be so elegantly and tastefully arranged ;o) they were truly wonderful, a colorful celebration of my friend's life. Also thank you for taking the time out to answer all our questions, and for being accommodating as the our flower plans kept changing from week to week. we also appreciated you being very prompt with delivery. In the end you got good business, and we beautiful flowers--Thank you again!

I'm so happy! They resolved a complaint I had, in spectacular fashion. ...So things happen, and there was a goof: The product varied a bit from the photo, and there was a mistake with the card. I wasn't happy. But what an immediate and dramatic remedy! The owner called me first thing in the morning. He explained and apologized for what went wrong, and MORE than made it right! I'm thrilled! Each time I've used them they've taken excellent care of my flower order and the recipients have been very pleased. Easy to work with, make the buying experience fun and friendly, and I was told the bouquets are beautiful and the flowers last a very long time. I won't go anywhere else. They also have a very nice website which makes it quite easy to pick what you want. Pros: easy, fun, friendly, great quality and service Cons: none I've found

One of the last quality flower shops in San Diego. I've ordered a few times from La Jolla Vilage Florist and they always provided me with great service and fresh flowers nicely arranged. I think they are a family business...very friendly staff. The location was really convenient being in the UTC shopping mall. I've walked in, ordered by phone and ordered online, all went really smooth. It's nice to order from a real good ol' fashioned flower shop.

I loved this La Jolla Village Florist! Besides the convenient location, the people who work there are so nice and they do everything they can to get you pretty close to whatever request you may make for your special occasion. I once had my mother's day arrangement to be a pretty complicated order but they took it with a smile and nothing else. No attitude or whatsoever. I will definitely order from them again. Thanks!
