Dr. Taylor was everything I could have hoped for, my son was in a lot of pain and is not a big fan of dentistry work. Yet, Dr. Taylor took the time to answer all his questions, made him feel extremely comfortable. I wish he still had a regular practice as i would switch over to him immediately.

I made an appointment for my routine check-up, and while the service at Batz was fine, I didn't find anything about the visit remarkable...until I got the bill from my insurance company. Generally, the usual and customary charges for preventive dental serivces fall right in line with reimbursement from my insurance company, and I've never gotten a bill to pay the difference for charges that exceed what they'll pay. This is the only time I've gotten a bill, as their fees were much higher than what the usual and customary fees should be. Their fees were up to $30 higher for just a simple cleaning. Please be aware of this before scheduling.

I was scared by the hygienist from my previous dentist's office. So I went to this place for my regular teeth cleaning and I am very happy with the hygienist, she is very gentle and she did a very good job. Though like all the other dental offices, they do require an exam and x-rays before the cleaning for new patients even if you know your teeth are fine.

I went here for braces in my late thirties. The staff is so exceptional and caring. They explain everything that is happening, and happy to answer any questions.
I had seen many people come in for adjustments during my three year treatment . Everyone seemed happy with the outcome and the process.
My teeth look great.

I visit Dental Expressions whenever I have more detailed dental work done. I don't use them for preventive care, as it's hard to make an appointment that accomodates my schedule. This office is very busy, and that's only because the dentists here are excellent. However, for dental work, they do have spots reserved every week for last-minute needs and dental emergencies. I have had two caps replace and a crown done, and I've always been happy with the work. All were done with minimal discomfort.

High scores for Dentistry of Old Town (India Street facility). Didn't have to wait long at all to get in for an exam! The doctor was nice and very gentle, I hardly felt a thing. They took care of filing the insurance paperwork for me. It was my first time and I will definitely be a regular patient from now on.
