Cheese Shop has an incredible variety of local artisan cheeses to choose from, as well as locally grown vegetables and very lean, shaved meats. The meats are great, but vegetarians will really find this deli a veggie paradise. A veggie/cheese sandwhich is made to order, and can include up to four different cheeses. There are several freshly baked breads to choose from, including gluten-free and whole wheat varieties. The prices for a sandwhich are in the $5 range, making it a great lunch destination *Caution* Ex-girlfriend posted this for me from waaaaaay the H-E-double toothpick in Eau Claire, WI. She was out for the dinero, man! LOL! If you look at my older posts and compare to my newer posts that I've personally written from sweet home San Diego, I think it is well defined which are from my talented mind and which aren't.
