I love this place. They have such great baked goods, sandwiches, soups, AND PICKLES! The parking lot is really small and the wait can be long sometimes. But don't worry, they have a gift shop!

I was initially looking up Bronx Pizza and after reading some of their customer reviews I came on several that mentioned Gotham City Pizza and how good it was. I was going to San Diego for a trip and thought I'd give it a try. I emailed Gotham City Pizza and soon after received an email from George and Carrie the owners and they gave me directions from Mission Beach to their shop. The directions were great but the pizza and Philly cheese steak were much better. I highly recommend their food. Enjoy

This place is great. They have everything. Great sandwiches and big too. Breakfast sandwiches, pre-made and made to order. Liquor, beer, wine, sodas, medicine, deli, coffee, groceries, travel stuff like toothpaste etc. I loved the atmosphere...an original Mom and Pop country store in the heart of San Diego. Go in when they are cooking the bacon, it will wet your appetite.
Pros: Sandwiches, Convenient store (Liquor, Market, Deli) with everything
