A snowboarding fall put me in a great deal of pain, so Dr. Ditzler suggested that I come in 3 times a week for 2 months. He was very critical of medicine, physical therapy, as well as alternative medicine including acupuncture, and insisted that Chiropractic work was the only thing that would save me. After 5 weeks of pain, I decided to try Kate Grace Physical Therapy recommended by my boss. Exams revealed that my pelvic bones were twisted, which caused the muscle that connected them to be stretched and painful. Without PT to correct it, simply cracking my spine 3 times a week would not have solved it. Dr. Ditzler and his staff are very friendly, which was why I felt obliged to buy his $250 orthotics so I can stop seeing him. I did not, however, accept the supplement regimen that would have cost me hundreds of dollars every month. Dr. Ditzler may have a lot of experience, but the other Chiropractic offices have modern equipment and they give you a mini massage before your bones get cracked so the muscles are relaxed and won't pull them back to the incorrect position. This is the main reason that next time I will go to a different office for chiropractic care. I am, however, very happy to be well after 3 weeks of PT. In response to a negative review, here is the rest of the story. Our office fees are based on what is called usual, customary,and reasonable [ucr] based on our area. I do offer cash plans for people that do not have insurance. These plans offer a discount [20-30%] for a set amount of visits over a set amount of time. A person can always pay on a per visit basis. If a patient wants to take advantage of one of the cash plans a contract is given to the patient to take home and review. It is then reviewed with the patient before they sign it. If for what ever reason a person needs to cancel their contract [treatment plan] before the time is up the fees revert back to the original fees [ucr]. The fees collected are only the outstanding balance due at that time. If a credit is due is is refunded in ten days. This is explained at the time of the signing of the contract and again if the person cancels their treatment For this service [cash plans] we do auto-debit on a monthy basis or for the few times that people do cancel care at the time of termination. As a Chiropractor my license allows me to offer nutritional and dietery help to enable the patient to reach their health goals. I have been using these methods for over 25 years with great results. The Atkins type diet has been shown in clinical trials to work better to lose weight and keep it off better than both the low-fat [Dean Ornish] or the South Beach diet. I have been going to Chiros since the 80's. I recently moved here from WA and needed a chiro and found Ditzler online. I had to pay an enormous amount for x-rays but I was desperate. He then had me come in a few times before discussing fees. He has you sign a contract for a year and the monthly fees seem reasonable unless you have to cancel early. He told me not to worry that there would not be an early cancellation fee. Due to becoming unemployeed I had to cancel. He said nothing about cancellation fee. I received no phone calls, nothing by mail, what I did receive a week before X-mas was a huge debit from my checking account. I went for less than 2 months and had to pay out $1,500. Additionally, he acts as a dietician when he has no formal training. He is always trying to push his overly priced herbs and tell you to eat a modified version of the Atkins diet. Again, no licensed training.

Dr. Ditzler is a very good chiropractor. He has helped me through 2 automobile accidents that injured by back, shoulder and neck. Without his efforts I would not be able to do the things I like to do. He also is trained in nutrition and wellness and that expertise has also helped me greatly. I recommend Dr. Ditzler and staff to everyone that needs help in these areas. Pros: Tremendous knowledge of chiropractice, nutrition, food, easy parking Cons: None

I have been seeing Dr. Ditzler for over 9 years for back, shoulder and neck problems caused by 2 automobile accidents. He has been very good at keeping me at my best. He additionally is trained in nutrition and wellness. I recommend him to everybody. My life would not be as good as it is without his great help. The staff is also very helpful.

Believe it or not, he cured my 18 month son who had cronic ear infections. They wanted to put tubes in his ears but I didn't want them to. Thankfully I didn't have to after seeing Dr. Ditzler!

After getting into an accident, the hospital was no help. All the doctors did was check to make sure there were no bruises and cuts. No xrays were taken even though I had severe neck and back pain. They told me to put ice packs and take motrin to relieve it. I then decided to get a second opinion. I searched on the internet for a chiropractic near me and this place was the most appropriate considering it was a family chiropractic. Upon the first day, I received first class treatment. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Upon meeting Dr. Ditzler, I knew I had made the right choice. He explained everything, took xrays, walked me through every procedure, and carried on conversations that made me feel as if I was at home. To this day, I am still seeing him and he has made such an impact in my life. I am healthier and more alive thanks to this place. I highly recommend it. PROS: Excellent service, Feels just like home, and Repaired what was damaged CONS: none
