Pat and Oscar's is known for their awesome breadsticks, and we haven't found better breadsticks to date. The salads are tasty and the pepperoni pizza is pretty good, but the gourmet pizzas, chicken and ribs and sandwiches are just gross. We've had mixed experiences with the staff, some are friendly, some are just very unhappy people. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. There plates, napkins, to-go bags, and bottles of condiments all at your fingertips. It's a good place to go if you've got free meal tickets like we did, lol!

C'mon y'all the breadsticks are awesome. Do you really need anything more in life than an amazing breadstick and the San Diego sunshine. Each time we get home (San Diego) for a visit Pat & Oscar's is on our must do list. The breadsticks are the best. We also love their chicken caesar salad and lemon chicken sandwich. We've never gotten sick. Their pizza, ribs and chicken are just okay. If you were to move to Ohio and didn't have the option to go there, you'd miss it. :-)

Originally called Oscars, this restaurant popped up around 1999. They have outstanding bread sticks and the pizza is pretty good too. This was a restaurant I would bring food home once a week to my family from because it was that good!
Unfortunately about three years ago they suffered an e coli break out and lost a lot of it's customers. I was one of them. I ate a chicken caesar sandwich and was sick as a dog twelve hours later. Luckily I got over it but I haven't eaten at the restaurant since.

So many people rave about this place. I'm not certain why. Okay the breadsticks are good. Not great mind you, just good. The rest of the food is mediocore at best. I had a chicken salad that was absolutely dreadful. If you go, stick to the sandwiches - and the breadsticks. I will say that the service is very good and the people are quite friendly.
