When the water heater broke in our house in Del Mar, it leaked very slowly over a period of time. That resulted in major water damage, including a black mold infestation in 4 of our rooms. We might have just repaired the damage and closed everything up the way the insurance wanted us to, but we were really pleased with the creative ideas The Plumber Man gave us that made it possible to add in washer and dryer hookups and venting in a building built in the 60's where none existed before. That means happier tenants, better rent, and a higher property value for us now. They also coordinated really well with other contractors, including asbestos abatement people, carpenters, drywallers, cabinetmakers, and electricians. More than once The Plumber Man has solved problems for us that were created by others.
