What started as a "not so great experience" with the company that was not able to install my new dishwasher because my shut off valves were not reliable (not Bill Howe). This was not anyone’s fault. I called Bill Howe around 12pm and Jose showed up at my door around 2pm. WOW!!! What we both anticipated as a quick job turned out to be more involved. Not Jose's fault. Jose took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Although it cost me an extra hour of time, I am glad Jose took the time. I am sure there are less expensive plumbers, but I am a strong believer you get what you pay for. Jose even replaced a small water hose which was not part of the original job. If you are lucky enough to get Jose, you will be in good hands and the job will be done correct.

I have used this contractor for remodeling two different houses. Not only is his work of excellent quality, he has very high standards for performance, workmanship, and customer satisfaction .
The quality of the work is what you would find in an architectural magazine.

Kinkos/FedEx is an amazing innovation for the business people who used to take trips to the copiers then post offices. It really helps cut down times with their helpful staff and decent quality machines (Ive had trouble with a copier once). Its where Ive actually gone a few times late at night because I had to get a shipment out, because they are open to midnight or even later everyday.

A life saver. The workers here have to be the best people in the world. They are very nice and friendly and actually slipped the system a bit to get my shipment ready to be sent out early. They do a great job with their packing and mailing and I must admit, some of the things they sell there are top notch quality. Ive also gotten color copies and those were great as well.
