Bertrands Music (also known as www.ExpressKaraoke.com) is family-owned and family friendly. I find their staff to be friendly, patient and helpful. I've been into the store and ordered online and both times they were helpful. It seems like they have been in the business for a long time. They answered all my questions about the karaoke music and machines and they didn't try to push me to buy the most expensive one. I definately recommend them- check them out-- online or offline.

Bertrands is one of my sons favorite places in Penasquitos. It is convenient has a great staff and might be a little pricey on some things but worth it for the convenience. They keep track of what you purchase so if you have any questions on what you got last time they look it up for you and get it taken care of for you. Great home town music store...Love it....

Well, they ahve a good selection at average prices, somtimes a little steep. The staff could be a litte bit more friendly. They offer lessons and repairs. However, when ever you go in, the staff member just looks at you like you are just another no-it-all "bando" learning for the first time. You are treated liek you don't know anything about music, and they are Mozart. Everytime i walk in, i get a feeling that makes me immediatly want to leave. I only recommend this place becuase it is very close to people living in Rancho Peñasquitos.
