Honestly the sales department was okay. We didnt get the best price here (Mission Valley Honda and Poway Honda) will give you better pricing! and wont try to sell you a bunch of junk like pinstripes and wheels guars for 500 bucks. I wish I found this out sooner or else I would have purchased at another dealer. I bought two new hondas within one month. The other was at Poway Honda which the service has been amazing so far. Not so much luck here at Pacific Honda. The service department are the rudest people ever and they are not willing to help you. Bought my new car in to fix a noise issue and they basically turned me away saying they couldnt do anything. Tried calling on the phone and the guy at the service department acutally HUNG UP! Anyways I wouldnt recommend dealing with Pacific Honda. Save your self the trouble and go to Poway Honda.
