Downtown Johnny Brown's is a bar and restaurant. The food is okay. On Thursdays there is a happy hour where they serve Long Island Iced Teas for a very reasonable price. Johnny Brown is a nice guy and you can flip for drinks with him. Be forewarned that if you lose, you pay and he picks the drink, which is usually Jaegermeister.

Order at the counter, grab a seat and they will call your number. Outside seating is a great way to grab some San Diego sunshine. Good people watching on civic plaza as well.
