The W is a beautiful hotel and the aptly named Beach is a venue that's definitely worth checking out. The sand floor and cabana-style tables give this place a great vibe, but the sand isn't for everyone (girls wearing expensive heels, beware). Nevertheless, the W actually supports a good number of worthy fundraisers in the local community, even more reason to check this place out.

I loved staying at the W but the service was ok. For a luxury hotel, you would expect speedier responses. I called for an electrician and it took over an hour for them to come change a simple light. I would stay here again but I hope they add more staff to improve the customer service.

We recently went there with a group of ladies and definitely had a ladies night to remember. The music was great. I never stopped dancing. The drinks are pretty stiff too.

I went here for a girls night out and we arrived around 8 and we had no problem finding a seat outside next to a fire pit. Around 10 that's when the Club Scene takes off and it becomes croweded. The drinks are a little pricy but are strong! The waitress were nice and the place was clean. I'd go back again.

I can't say enough good things about the W hotel brand. Its always so consistent, with only the best amenities. I always feel welcomed by the staff, the rooms are luxurios with the best decor , and the beds are amazing. Would recommend this place every time. Its not the best value , and the prices are expensive, but the quality is the best.

This was my first experience at Horton Plaza a few years ago when I got to stay at this W Hotel with my best friend. I think we had to pay for overnight valet parking but the service was absolutely top-notch from the check-in to check-out. The room was not too big but the bathroom was bigger than usual with marble top counter and double sinks. The beds were so soft that I had a really good sleep. We walked around the hotel, ate at a really nice Italian restaurant, had some Cappaccino later and did some major shopping at Horton Plaza. I can't wait to go back!

A terrific location and creative facilities make this place a great one for a getaway trip. They have an outdoor pool (small, less than 10 seats available) as well as an outdoor beach bar with a fire pit (very cool). Rooms very nice and well-sized for a W Hotel. Concierge friendly and knowledgable
