I went here for lunch a couple of times and was amazed at the amount of food they give you. I had a pasta dish and it was really good. It was very flavorful and I didn't even add salt, which I almost always do. I would love to go back and try some more dishes.

Very nice little spot for dinner on a Friday night. It wasn't overcrowded and you could hold a conversation without it being too loud. The food was good I had spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer and then I had shrimp with mashed potatoes and spinach which was scrummy :) My girlfriend had the turkey burger and she said it was too spicy for her. It actually made her sweat! lol So, it spicy is your thang you may want to give it a try. I gave this place 4 stars in stead of 5 because of the bathroom. The place is really a nice little spot with out door seating. Real casual yet not too upscale La Jolla... But the bathroom was something I would have expected to be nicer. It was no better than a grocery store or convenience store bathroom. And yes I know a restaurant shouldn't be judged on the bathroom, but still it was part of the experience.

Great selection of locally brewed beer! I've never eaten here, but I've heard the food is worth mention as well. They do brewery tours for large groups and it was a lot of fun!

This place is to be. Karl Strauss has amazing quality beer that is distributed all over San Diego. Their food tastes fantastic and their is nice menu selections.

It's busy and parking can be a problem. However, the food and the Karl Strauss beers make it worth the hassle. Moderately priced, good service and a fun atmosphere.
