My husband and I have been using A&A Japanese Car Specialists for over 18 years and we appreciate the excellent service and reasonable pricing they have given us over the many years. It is always exceptional to find a service shop that you feel you can trust no matter what happens to your car. Over the years we have brought them our cars which have been economical models (honda accords) as well as now, our luxury cars--Lexus and Infinite FX and regardless of the problem, they always surpass our expectations in both service and value. We never take our car to the dealers because A&A technicians know how to repair our cars without the wait time and higher prices.

Before booking our Alaska trip with 5 other couples we did a lot of research. AAA turned out to be the best. We just booked our second cruise with AAA and had the same wonderful experience without all the hard research. Highly recommend; you can trust them.

This place is great, the work they did is amazingly good. The people are really nice and they did a good job in the end, that what really matters the most. In addition to that, the price was reasonable and the job is done fairly quickly. I didn't expect them to finish that fast.

GETTING MY CAR REPAIRED IS ALWAYS PAINFUL. ESPECIALLY WHEN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ARE BEING TALKED.
I OWN A 99 CHEVY TAHOE AND LOST THE TRANSMISSION JUST AS SCHOOL WAS STARTING THIS YEAR. I CALLED AROUND AND FOUND PRICES ALL OVER THE PLACE FROM DEALERSHIPS TO SMALL INDEPENDENTS. I DECIDED THERE WAS NO GOOD REASON TO TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT THAT I COULD GET A LEGITIMATE NATION WIDE WARRANTY WITH OF COURSE THE BEST NAME IN THE INDUSTRY. I CHOOSE AAMCO
ART THE MANAGER/OWNER EXLPLAINED THE PROCEDURE FROM THE EXTERNAL DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE WHICH WAS WAIVED THE FREE TOW IF REPAIR IS DONE AND THE REDUCED CAR RENTAL ALL OF WHICN I NEEDED.
I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE NEWS BUT THE GUYS AT AAMCO WERE EXCELLENT. I HAD THE TRANSMISSION REPAIRED WHICH WAS DONE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I TOOK THE RENTAL CAR TO LAS VEGAS, WHAT A GREAT DEAL NO MILAGE AND LOW RENTAL FEE OF $19.99.
THAT REPAIR WAS A LONG TIIME AGO OR SO IT SEEMS, LAST WEEK I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY COOLING SYSTEM. SEEMS IF THE ANTI FREEZE EMPTIES OUT THE CAR GETS HOT!!! SINCE MY TRIP TO AAMCO WAS PLEASURABLE AS COULD BE, AND I NOTICED THEY REPAIR THE COMPLETE VEHICLE COMPONETS. I GOT TOWED BACK TO AAMCO WHERE ART AND HIS ASSISTANT RUDY WERE VERY HELPFUL.
THE WATER PUMP WAS REPAIRED AND I ELECTED TO HAVE FEW OTHER SERVICES DONE INCLUING A FUEL INDUCTION CLEANNING. TIRE ROTATION AND BRAKE INSPECTION.
I KNOW I CAN GET IT CHEEPER SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT THE PEACE OF MIND OF GETTING REPAIRS DONE AT A NATIONALLY KNOWN REPAIR FACUILITY GIVES ME PEACE OF MIND BECUASE YOU SEE I AM MILITARY AND CAN GET MY TAHOE REPAIRED WITH THE SAME GREAT SERVICE AT OVER 800 AAMCOS NATION WIDE.
I HIGHLY RECCOMEND IF YOU ARE IN SAN DIEGO THAT YOU GO SEE ART AT THE AAMCO IN KEARNY MESA ON CONVOY STREET.
