i have a condo downtown, the capret cleaners came over, were very friendly, brought their portable machine up and did an amazing job on the carpets, got my pet stains and odor out
they did not upsell me, i paid the price i was told over the phone, and they did not raise the price because they had to use a portable machine, i have recommended them to many ppl and will continue to do so
i have gotten my carpets cleaned by other companies before and they were either in and out in 30 min, or tried to raise the price at least 100 dollars
i will defintely use this comapny again and suggest that you do too
Pros: great job, friendly, did not upsell
Cons: they came a little bit after i was expecting them, but they did call to let me know

We called the company to ask the dispatcher about the rates. The woman answered the phone, answered all of our questions, and booked an appointment for us for our refrigerator and washer repair the same day. They only charge us one service call for both appliances. They also fixed the refrigerator and did not find anything wrong with the washer machine. We paid a reasonable price to fix the fridge and they were honest enough to do a thorough diagnose for the washer machine and let us know that the washer is okay. They did not push the sale price on the washer. We were very pleased with the service. We will call them again. J

I would like to thank the staff at Aztec Appliance for a job well done. I needed a new Refrigerator for a new home I just moved into. I shopped at both Sears and Home Depot when my co-worker told me about Aztec Appliance and that they had bought all of their Appliances at Aztec. I had a very knowledgeable salesperson that help me. The prices were better than Sears and Home Depot. I was very happy with the selection and prices and also decided to buy a new Washer and Dryer. Aztec delivered the Appliances the next day and I was equally impressed with the Delivery drivers. Thank for your good service. Joseph

I had gotten my great grandmothers singer featherweight when she had passed along with a lot of other stuff... the box was still intact and I couldn't figure out how to thread it, but when I plugged it in, the needle didn't go up and down like it should have... keep in mind, the sewing machine was from like 60's/70's... they gave it a tune up and it ran like a gem for my mom (who has the exact same one and knew how to use it)... so I sold it on craigslist for over $300... thank you! Especially considering we only paid like $60 to have it serviced and completely tested!

When the water heater broke in our house in Del Mar, it leaked very slowly over a period of time. That resulted in major water damage, including a black mold infestation in 4 of our rooms. Work with our previous plumbers seemed to really drag out on this project, but when we switched to the Plumber Man, we were amazed at how fast and professional The Plumber Man was! They explained to me that they only hired very experienced plumbers and no apprentices, and it shows. When we first told him about the fireplace's gas line that was missing, with the drywall installers due to show up any minute, we were impressed that they sent their plumber Reuven out right away without any emergency charges or long "service windows." It was done within two hours of calling! Later, he installed all the Hansgrohe and KWC valves for our three bathrooms and outdoor shower, as well as all the toilets, in just three days. Since then I've hired The Plumber Man to help with repair and remodeling projects on our investment properties. When two of our La Mesa tenants had floods in their townhouses from the old plumbing, he quickly arranged for a water damage company to start drying things out and minimize our losses. We might have just repaired the damage and closed everything up the way the insurance wanted us to, but we were really pleased with the creative ideas The Plumber Man gave us that made it possible to add in washer and dryer hookups and venting in a building built in the 60's where none existed before. That means happier tenants, better rent, and a higher property value for us now. They also coordinated really well with other contractors, including asbestos abatement people, carpenters, drywallers, cabinetmakers, and electricians. More than once The Plumber Man has solved problems for us that were created by others. We want to recommend The Plumber Man because he was fast, honest, and reliable and left us and our tenants very satisfied. Probably their photo on their website at www.plumbermaninc.com shows it best--no fancy sales pitch or "spokesmodels", just professional guys that know how to do the work right the first time.
