Sugar Shack is a cute little restaurant to go to for breakfast. Located off to itself on El Camino Real, you'll find this neat little restaurant which has it's repeat customers. The Food is great, just not my favorite location. I'd much rather spend a beautiful morning in San Clemente by the pier, or on Del Mar.

When you walk in the door of the tiny Sugar Shack, you see a wall of famed former customers, like Judge Judy and Vanna White. That alone makes it worth the trip, don't you think? My girlfriends and I stumbled on this place about 5 years ago, as it's about 1/2 way between us and Disneyland, and we stop there every year now on our Annual Girls' Weekend. It's near the beach, so a lot of the clientèle come in with surfboards and still in drippy wet suits, which adds to the ambiance. I suppose I should get to the food. Standard breakfast fare, great pancakes and bacon, and even a vegetarian omelet for non-meat- eaters in the group. If you're in the area, give it a try. And tell Vanna hi for me.
