I am a repeat customer of Making Memories, in last 10 years I have chosen Vicky to create and assemble everything from Bridal Shower/Wedding Invitations, Favors to Baby/Baptism & Birthday Items. The price might be a bit more than ordering online but the selection and personalized service is something to be commended! Once you've chosen to host a celebration you must admit for the cost, time & effort you definitely want it perfect, even the smaller details like decor can make your event Faboulous! Vicky has great ideas and her style will add the ambiance you desire. Parking is not too bad but there is pleanty of street parking, shipping time is always a cross your fingers with anything & place. You do get great service and the attention you need.

If you are looking for quaility, this is the store for you. I f you need instant gratification go some where else. This is the best store that I know of for quality and friendly service. They are very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of there way to help you find what you want. I think that people that need things fast for instant gratification, don't known what good customer service is really like. So for me up in Alaska this is the best of the best they got me just what I wanted and at a great cost and on time.

So I went in for baptism favors on a Saturday. My son??????s baptism was in 1 week, that next Saturday. The owner persuaded me to order these very cute favors that she stated she was just about to order them that same day. She asked me when the party is and I told her in 1 week. She said no problem; the favors will be in by Wednesday. She seemed so confident, so I took her word and ordered 30 favors. I payed 2.00 for each favor and 25 cents for the ribbons. While paying for the favors, the owner told me I'm actually giving you a good price on the ribbons. So on Wednesday afternoon, I call. A woman picks up and I asked about my favors, she places me on hold for 7 minutes. I got inpatient and hung up. I called again 5 minutes and they placed me on hold for another 5 minutes stating that the owner is out to lunch and they will have her call me back. Come Thursday, no one calls me back. I called in the morning and reached an answering machine. I left a message asking for a call back. Later in the day, still not call back. So I call again and no one picks up. So on Friday I call and reached a recording stating that they are at church and will be back at 3PM. So I call after 3PM 3 different times. I started to get suspicious and worried since my baptism was the next day. I finally called with a blocked cell phone number and they answered the phone. The daughter stated that the owner went to meet the UPS guy to get my favors from him because they missed him while they were out. I asked her So my favors are in and she stated yes. She said she will have her mom the owner call me back as soon as she comes in. Come 5:15 no one calls me back. I called and no one answered. I called again from a different cell number and they answer. The Owner told me that the company did not ship my order and that she can make me some favors in her store. She asked if I can go to her s

I was attracted to this store though an ad in a bridal magazine. I noticed that they offered a horse drawn carriage rental so I went to check it out. The store had a small parking lot off El Camino that made parking nice. When you enter the store, you are bombarded with many wedding favors and accessories. They also had the picure of a horse drawn carriage on the wall. the sales lady was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the horse, rental fees etc. Unfortunately it was over my budget. they wanted 3000 dollars for the day for the horse rental. They did not offer any per hour rentals. It looked nice but too pricey. I really did not pay attention to the prices of the favors, but they had a nice display

This is a very nice little shop with a fresh atmosphere that specializes on special occasions gifts and decorations for weddings, babies birthdays, ect. The prices are sometimes a little higher than what I sometimes would like to spend, but the people are very nice and a lot of their items are so cute. I had a girlfriend of mine use a beautiful invitation set for her wedding.

This is a good place to lok for wedding favors and such items. they offer a wide selection of different favors. Some are reasonably priced and soem are on the high side. What is great, is that they offer you a choice of them wrapping everything for you or you doing it yourself. they also rent things out like money boxes and candlabras. Its a great place to find favors that you can't find anywhere else. And they have a mini parking lot which is convienent.

had no problem with this store. It was well organized and very clean. The sales people were very helpful adn friendly. What I did not like was their products. They had similar products to other favor stores, but their prices were outrages. take for example a wedding frame. All other stores that I visited, this frame was 2 dollars each. This store offered the frame for 3 dollars plus the cost of wrapping. It would have came out to like 6-7 dollars. Nice place but way overpriced. .

Making Memoies is located several blocks from the freeway. They have a very small parking lot that can probably take less than five cars but there is street parking too if you can find any. They sell wedding accessories like wedding albums, ring pillows, flower girl baskets, wedding favors. They have some really lovely merchandise and salespeople are usually quite helpful.

Making Memoies is a great wedding supply store. I found beautiful wedding albums, pens, flower girl baskets, ring pillows, etc. They even sell customized wedding favors. They also rent things like wishing wells where guests can drop gift envelopes in. The staff are also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to any bride.
