Went looking for a small 4x4 for my daughter and went to Melody. All they could talk about was colors, fun, music, MP3 - I wanted to talk safety, reliability, and security. In the end I bought her a 2009 Ford Explorer- way more safer, that little Toyota looked like it would crumble in a small fender bender. Poor dealership.

I don't mind going to this gas station because I like Shell gasoline. Except their prices flucuate alot. Sometimes I can get a great deal on gas here and in the next few days, it is 10 cents more. Then it gies back again. But the people here aref riendly and it is a safe place to fill gas.

I liked the service at Auto Plus Body shop because they try to stress customer service over business. For the most part they succeed in making the customer feel like an individual rather than an ant in an anthill. But, they really need to work on the management of customer maintenance. After the work was done, I called in with a few questions. It took me several tries to get a hold of any of the supervisors because my messages were not being listened to or relayed.

won't ever go back there. i've put up with their slowness and hard sales pitch for a few years because of their warranty on the tires. and now they wont even honor it! they gave me the run around too many ways to count. forget it, i'll take my car to someone who understands customer service, and who i can TRUST!
