I liked the service at Auto Plus Body shop because they try to stress customer service over business. For the most part they succeed in making the customer feel like an individual rather than an ant in an anthill. But, they really need to work on the management of customer maintenance. After the work was done, I called in with a few questions. It took me several tries to get a hold of any of the supervisors because my messages were not being listened to or relayed.

I first noticed a clean, well organized professional shop. I was quoted a fair price (based on the research I had done) and I'm pleased with the job they did and surprised at how quickly it was ready.
Pros: Good price and good work
Cons: none I can think of

I have been using this repair shop for my Mercedes since 1999. Eddie is the most complete mechanic and their prices are very reasonable. My wife is disabled and they are very accommodating when she brings in her car. Thanks Eddie.

I have a BMW that was shaking. Took it to so many auto shops and paid the price for fixing and no one can fix it. A friend recommended Express auto repair and I tried them. They were honest, precise and professional. I was so amazed with their professionalism and now they are my mechanics for life. I highly recommend Express auto. They were the only shop that actually diagnose my car and the prices are great. If they can't fix it, no one can. Thank you Express Auto.

I was in a jam and had to get to a meeting. I went in for a flat repair and thank god they noticed that my other tire had metal coming out of it. so i bought two tires and amazingly got me out in 25 mins. i couldn't believe it. They were the fastest I've ever seen and they were so so nice. I'll never go anywhere else.

Went looking for a small 4x4 for my daughter and went to Melody. All they could talk about was colors, fun, music, MP3 - I wanted to talk safety, reliability, and security. In the end I bought her a 2009 Ford Explorer- way more safer, that little Toyota looked like it would crumble in a small fender bender. Poor dealership.
