I guess that some call this a time share package. Where you pay a certain amount of money then you are guaranteed certain places to vacation every year. I have been to quite a few of these seminars where they guarantee you a prize for listening to thier presentation. I was very impressed with thier presentation and the selection of places to vacation at. The neat thing is it is for a life time and can be passed on to your children and to your childrens ect. Ask to speak to Seyi Famodu. If you are looking for this kind of thing these are the people to talk to!

We enjoyed our visit to The Painted Lady Inn in San Antonio. Each of the rooms is decorated differently and named after some historical figure. We stayed in the Andy Warhol room. The room was spacious enough, very clean and comfortable. Like most B & B's, my favorite part was the breakfast. It was served in your room rather than a dining room, and it was delicious. It really was like having breakfast in bed! The innkeepers were polite and helpful when you needed them, but scarce when you were looking for privacy. Other perks include a rooftop hot tub and comfy, cozy robes. If I could change one thing, it would be to move The Painted Lady closer to the River Walk Area. It is definitely walking distance but located in a quiet, business neighborhood. At night, it makes for a rather dark walk back from the River Walk to the inn.

I had an interview at the health science center in San Antonio a couple years back and I stayed here because they had a special deal for those people who were interviewing. At around 40 dollars a night and being walking distance to the health science center made it an impossible deal to give up. They have free internet access and breakfast. However, the bad things are that you have to go through the main reception desk to go to any of the rooms. I sort of felt weird being stared at by the idle workers there while I moved my baggage to my room. However, you can't beat a good deal!

Although the name indicates that the Havana Riverwalk Inn is located so that you'd have easy access to the riverwalk, it is actually located pretty far away from the tourist section of the riverwalk on Navarro Street. The Havana is not close enough to walk downtown, The Inn is quite pricey (more than $240 for the king deluxe) and in my opinion, certainly not worth that price. The room was filthy. There was dust build-up on the air vents and mold and dirt on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom was extremely small. Numerous lightbulbs were burned out and not replaced. The towels were threadbare and the pillows made of foam (not feathers). .The wireless internet connection did not work in our room. When I complained to the front desk, I was simply told that no one else made these complaints before. There is no valet parking and no parking validation. (Parking was an additional $10.00).

I was looking for a cruise to the Carribean so knowing nothing about cruises I went to this agency to get some more info. Inside, we were helped by a nice elderly lady that told us everything she knew about cruises. She had gone to several of them herself and pointed out the best cruise ships that were available. The cons of this place was that they did not have any good specials for us. I later left the place to do some package comparisons online and found better deals from established online cruise websites. I guess they do make a significant percent of selling a package because all the deals they were quoting me were higher than ones that I could book online. But I did get some good personal information on cruises from an experienced person.
