Mauricio was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had about pests. I was worried about roaches in my new apartment -- he called them "water bugs" and said they were easier to get rid of than the smaller German cockroach. That was good news! He took off his shoes before walking inside, which I appreciated, and I didn't need to ask him to do that. He even took down a gigantic empty wasp nest that was hanging outside one of the bedroom windows that I was scared to touch. I am very happy with the service provided. Bulwark exterminating is awesome! Thank you Mauricio!:D more

Bulwark-EXCELLENT SERVICE 12/16/2011

We have been Bulwark customers for 7 years and always have had excellent service. Fidel Osorio is one of your BEST technicians. Found we had some uninvited "guests" in our attic on routine inspection. Since we were not home, he came back to tell us of his suspicions. THANK GOODNESS!!!! Thanks to him we were able to get rid of our uninvited guests rather quickly. THANK YOU FIDEL for your excellent work!!!!! I recommend Bulwark and Fidel to all of my friends and neighbors! Keep up the good work Bulwark! more

Great Service 8/25/2011

Andrew showed up to our house in New Braunfels right on time. He was very funny and entertaining to talk to as he worked. Paid attention to detail and described everything he was doing and using in detail. Very pleasant experience and hope that on follow ups Andrew is our tech. more

Awesome Service in Universal City 6/14/2011

My tech, Andrew, was awesome! He arrived 15 min early, was polite and attentive, very knowledgable and did an excellent job. He told me what to expect in the next 7 days or so and if I needed a "touch up", just give them a call and they would come out and take care of the pests at no additional cost!!! I'm already impressed, seems like they are more concerned about your pest problem than nickle and diming the customers! Great Job Andrew!!! more

I just started with Bulwark (San Antonio) and the tech STEVEN was excellent. He did a great job, showed up on time, did what was promised, review everything with me, and made me feel I made the right choice. Additionally, Steven did not rush and was pleasant to deal with. more
