I have had many wonderful experiences at King's Kids Resale Shop. The owner is almost always present and the store is child friendly with a great play area & gorgeous mural on the wall. The shop is uncluttered, very clean and they pay attention to detail & service! The vast array of children's & Maternity clothing & accessories is unbeatable! King's Kids also carries specialty formal wear and dance wear. If there is anything I am looking for they email the pictures of the item(s) to me. The owner many times has pulled items aside that she knows my daughter & I will like!! We are always greeted with a smile and she never forgets a name! If King's Kids does not have an item you are looking for, they will search for you or have an item made for you! The BEST service I have experienced compared to all the other San Antonio children's resale shops!! I highly recommend you visit them!

I am shocked by the last review. I totally disagree with it. I am out of town and I make sure to go to King's Kings-Resale whenever I'm in town. It's clean, cheap, and a nice atmosphere. I love that I can put the kids in the play area so I can look around and when I need to leave the kids usually don't want to and so the person at the front usually helps me out which is really nice. Whenever I'm looking for something and I can't find it I can just put my name on a list and they call me when they get that item in which is really helpful. The clothes are clean and the toys and furniture are always so nice. I didn't think they were over priced for a resale shop I thought it was quite reasonable and I will continue to give them my business and refer others. I think people should check it out for themselves because I always have a great experience when I go.

I have been into Kings KIds several times now. I have not been impressed with their selection of items. Their clothes are priced about the same as you can get some of them in the stores (Old Navy stuff was cheaper to buy from Old Navy) and the selection is limited. The large items (baby eqipment, cribs) are very expensive and some items can be bought cheaper at Toys R Us or other stores. The customer service is fairly poor. I had picked up the wrong size and realized it once I was in the car, went right back into the store and they would not allow me to exchange the shirt for the right size. I had just stepped out of the store but that is their policy they said. Not impressed with them at all
