Professionalism and knowledge 8/3/2011

I have no handgun knowledge and went in with a friend to look. I was greeted within 5 seconds of entering the door and asked if they could help. The guy at the countyer have me a 30 minute lesson on handguns explaining the various pro's and con's. I left as I was not ready to make a purchase. I was ready about a month later. I went bacdk in only to get the same experience. Professionalism and knowledge. more

The best price in town 7/21/2011

I bought a .44 Mag Revolver not only did they give me the best price in town but also made me feel good about it. They did not argue with me when I told them some of the prices that I have seen around town but simply conducted business with me and beat everyone else's price. more

Dury's Guns offers a huge savings on Glock pistols provided you have and can furnish the appropriate credentials. It's about a hundred dollar savings from MSRP and worth taking advantage of. more

Saved myself 50 bucks 7/8/2011

Chad is the man to talk to regarding CLASS 3 stuff there...I called the shop and spoke to a gal who took down my email addie to pass along to Chad who was at lunch (Chad is the resident C3 guru there apparently). He sent me an email within half hour of my call to Dury's and was quick to reply each time in our email exchange. I was especially pleased to find that he actually knew what he was talking about and he knew what I was talking about...making the entire process that much easier. FYI...if you are smart enough to fill out your own forms correctly (shocking how many people aren't), it's considerably cheaper than having them take care of the paperwork for you. Saved myself 50 bucks by not being retarded. more

Great atmosphere, great selection and great staff 6/21/2011

I'd like to praise Dury's for their excellent customer service. They made the buying process quick and easy. They where happy to answer any of my questions and didn't even seem to care that it was almost closing time before I left. Great atmosphere, great selection and great staff means you have gained a new loyal customer. more

This gun shop really knows how to take care of it's customers! 6/9/2011

I have purchased severeal guns from them and everytime I am in the shop it is like "happy hour". No matter how busy the workers are they always seem to find time to still be friendly and try to take care of their customers. The prices here may be a little higher than other local gun shops but tell me who else is going to fix any firearm you purchase from them for life. Keep up the great customer service guys.....and gals! more
