I've been back to DC a couple of times lately and they are getting better. Service has improved and the bar has developed nicely. Beers on tap are still meager, but overall DC's has risen to the level of "worth it". DC's now gets 4 stars but that is only a Sammamish 4 stars and not really comparable to a Seattle 4 star restaurant.

DC'S Grill offers a great atmosphere and a wide variety on the menu. Meals have a good range of prices as well, so you can find something that fits in your budget. The entrees that I have tried have varied from excellent to so-so, but the dessert has never dissapointed! They also have a full bar and the drinks are good, especially the raspberry mojito. The service is pretty good.

We have been going to DC's since they opened.
At first, it was great. They had great food at decent prices. As time has gone on, the food quality has gone down and the prices have risen, which is unfortunate since it's one of the few restaurants on the plateau.
It also seems that they are having somewhat of an identity crisis. Their menu is a mish-mash of sandwiches to steaks. I think they would be better served to stick to being a steakhouse and do it well.
I will say that their fallen chocolate cake is grea!

This is the "best restaurant" in Sammamish, but those of you who know Samammish know that is not a hard title to get. However, I think it can be listed as a top Eastside restaurant too. Nearly everyone I know is part of their Birthday Club which gets you a free lobster dinner on your birthday when you bring a friend.

You live on the Sammamish Plateau. It's Friday night, hot, and you came home from work late. You want something good to eat, and don't feel like driving back into town because of the Mariner's game. You'll be doing yourself a favor by skipping Bellevue and sticking to DC's on the Plateau. The drinks are superb, the steak and seafood are great, and the best part-- it's right nearby!
Of course, don't forget to have their absolutely awesome molten chocolate cake. Like a hot gooey brownie with ice cream. Yum.
