Not only was the style selection better than I thought. The price selection was incredible. The sales staff doesn't pressure you into overspending. They helped me think through how big my space was and how my room would look when we were done. I was able to get zero percent financing for 12 months and the application took 2 minutes. And this with credit getting harder to get. The delivery crew again surprised me with going the extra mile even offering to move existing furniture so place mine where I wanted it. My wife and I will definately be visiting Furniture Warehouse for our next purchase.

Even though their commercials are some of the dumbest I've seen, I decided to give this place a try. They had beautiful furniture - I found so many pieces I wanted for my house. So I bought a bed, mattress set and recliner. Well, they delivered my bedrame and the boxspring. They forgot to load the recliner on the truck and apparently, the mattress was on back order, which nobody had bothered to tell me. They finally got the mattress in and said they would make an emergency delivery to deliver my mattress and recliner and they wouldn't even charge me - wow, how nice! (Sarcasm here). So I left work early and waited around at home for 4 hours and THEY NEVER CAME!! I called them the next day and just canceled my order. Definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

They gave me the best service I have seen at a furniture store in a long time... I was looking for a sofa, and with their pricing, they were able to get me a '5 Piece Set' for the price of sofa's I had seen at other furniture stores. The sales person was awesome, he followed up with me with a wonderful thank you note with $25 to visit next time I go in!!! I have told everyone I know to shop the Road Redwood store... :)

How refreshing it was to walk into a furniture store and not have a hovering salesperson constantly following me around. They were still standing in the doorway, but only to greet and give directions. I was left to my own devices to roam freely and browse at my leisure. The furniture selection was just as good as the huge local chain stores. Seems they get a lot of the same furniture from overseas and price it a little bit more reasonably. Definitely worth the trip over to Road Redwood for a look.

The commercials make this place seem like a really geeky place to shop. We have shopped here before anyways and never found anything.. The prices weren't that good. You probably won't find a good deal shopping there. If that is what you are looking for don't shop here. The prices were ok though, and they probably compare to lots of other local furniture stores. There is a really big rocking chair from the commercials and my kids love to play in it. PROS: good furniture CONS: dorky commercials

I recently went to Furniture Warehouse to pick out some bunkbeds for my children and I was very impressed with the selection they had but I was even more impressed with their prices. I had been to 3 big name furniture stores beforehand and hadn't been impressed. I especially liked that there was no pushy salespeople watching your every move like some of the other stores. The salespeople would check on you every once in a while but didn't stand over your shoulder. The only thing we didn't like was the $60 delivery charge when we only lived a block away, but we ended up borrowing a friend's truck so even that didn't end up being that big of a problem. If you are looking for great furniture at a great price go to Furniture Warehouse. PROS: Great Furniture and Awesome Prices CONS: Steep Delivery Charge
