I recently went into Jagged Edge for a cut and color. Alex was amazing! for him being new to the salon he was very attentive and gave me exactly what i wanted! I love that he was just as excited about my hair as i was! I'm definitely going back. Everyone there was super friendly and the atmosphere is awesome! Love that place! Pros: Staff is fun ,friendly and well educated Cons: none

First off, I went in and saw Alex for a cut and color last week. I have been dyeing my hair from brunette to blonde and just went in to get my roots touched up. I thought Alex did an okay job. I wasn’t very thrilled because he didn’t leave the bleach on my hair long enough so my roots came out kind of orange. Then a few days later, I went to put my hair in a ponytail and noticed something horrible. Alex had missed several big chunks of my root hair which was only visible when my hair was pulled back. Upon further inspection, I noticed there were several places where Alex didn’t go down to the roots either, like on my side burns. So I have chunks of my old brunette roots showing through my blonde hair! So I called and had them schedule me a touch up with Alex on Tuesday of this week at 3:00. They called me at 1:00, 2 hours before my appointment, saying they made a scheduling error, and Alex would not be available that day. So they re-scheduled for today and guess what..... They called me again, this time it was 4 hours before my appointment, and said that they made another scheduling error! This time, the stylist himself called me who didn’t even bother to say sorry, or ask what was wrong! AVOID THIS SALON!!!! Don’t listen to what other people say about it. If you go there long enough you will find that it’s always a hit and miss. The staff in unfriendly, and I got the feeling from them that they could care less about inconveniencing me! And what really bothers me, is there is no way my stylist couldn’t have noticed the mistakes he made when he was meticulously blow drying and cutting my hair! I speculate that he did notice, but didn’t want to have to stay late and fix the problem. I will NEVER refer anybody to this salon and have already decided to take my business elsewhere. You will get the same results by going to Great Clips and at a fraction of the price! Pros: Nothing!! Cons: Waste of your time!

IN FACT, ANOTHER STYLIST CAME BY AND SAID, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO THIS POOR GIRL, YOUR RIPPING ALL OF YOUR HAIR OUT!" THE ATMOSPHERE IS ALSO NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! YOUR STYLIST WILL CARRY ON CONVERSATIONS WITH OTHER STYLISTS AND SCREAM AT EACHOTHER FROM ACCROSS THE SALON! I'VE ALSO SEEN THEM EAT LUNCH AT THE TABLES THEY WORK ON. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IF YOU HEAR OF ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO GO, ENCOURAGE THEM NOT TO. YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE! Pros: NOTHING Cons: STYLISTS SUCK!

I love the haircuts I have got from this salon. I go to the one in Draper and Sean cuts my hair, it's the best hair cut and his attention to detail is amazing! I love the end result and going there is just fun. The only downside is it is kind of expensive...but at the end of the day it's worth the price to have such an amazing stylist work on your hair. I without question would tell people to go here. Pros: Stylists & Enviroment Cons: Kinda pricey

W-O-W! I live in NYC folks so I've got plenty of great hair salons in Manhattan but I haven yet to be as impressed as I have been with Jagged Edge. Chris cut my hair and the cut is pretty much magical. I really appreciated the fact that he first asked me what I like & didn't like about my hair which not enough hairdressers ask. He gave me a cut that is perfect for my hair texture and I've never had my layers cut so well. AND you lay down while they shampoo your hair..........no neck pain my friends!! I can't remember the last time I've liked a cut so much. Pros: Best talent in town Cons: None

I love getting my hair done by Chris. He is always very honest about what the color and cut will look like and advises what will work best for you. The environment is very nice and a lot of fun. If it wasn't fantastic I wouldn't keep going there to get my hair cut. Chris has been my styalist for over 10 years. I have tried other styalists before and they just don't match up to the high standards I have received from Jagged Edge. Seriously a great place. Pros: Quality and Honesty in a hair cut. Cons: Parking downtown is very hard to find.

I love this place!!! Recently, my previous hair person quit cutting hair and I had gone to her forever! I have had a few other people cut my hair, but they usually messed it up... Needless to say, I was nervous to try a new place. Turned out to be one of the best decisions I made! I love that place and will definitely be going back! Plus, you get to lay down when they are washing your hair and they pretty much gave me a neck massage while they were washing it! Awesome!! Pros: Cool environment, shampoo is awesome!, great cut. I had a hair correction done here with Nate and he was a savor. He corrected my color that was total from another salon. He advised for me to cut my hair as well to give it some volume. I was hesitant at first but I let him work on my hair since he had corrected the color. The cut came out perfectly and I was extremely happy. He was very patient and extremely talented. I recommend this salon all the way! Thanks Nate! Pros: Everything Cons: None
