One star is way too good for this transmission clown. The service couldn't have been any worse. The manager promised service in 2 days and it ended up being a week. No appologies and the price was actually ended up being more than the dealer. I was desperate to have my car fixed and I got desperate job. They actually bouched the job so bad I had to take it back to the dealer to repair and reconnect the odemeter. I eneded up taking the shop to mediation with AAA auto service and received 1/3 my money back. They manager was rude and I felt totally abused in the end. Stay away from this shop!!!!

The other day I found a big puddle of transmission fluid under my truck, and upon further investigation found that my pan had a serious leak. I took it to the Aamco in Murray, and they had a diagnosis within 30 minutes. It was exactly what I thought it was, I needed a new pan. Upon a few phone calls they weren't able to find me a post-market one, only an outlandishly priced new one from the dealer. But then an employee sold me one that he had for a fraction of the price. They fixed it within an hour and a half, no more leaks! Total charge was 96 for the labor and 50 for the part. Thanks to Mike and the guys!

These guys are organized, reliable, and competent. They take your appointment, get the job done and do it well.
Pros: Flexible with car drop off, not a long wait, experienced, cost is not extreme
Cons: Not open on weekends, not super friendly
